  • 3 to 6 months: 2.5 ml every 8 hours as needed.
  • 6 to 24 months: 5 ml every 8 hours as needed.
  • 2 to 4 years: 7.5 ml every 8 hours as needed.
  • 4 to 8 years: 10 ml every 8 hours as needed.
  • 8 to 10 years: 15 ml every 8 hours as needed.
  • 10 to 12 years: 20 ml every 8 hours as needed.
